In order to use the Turata Swimwear website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Turata Swimwear Security Policy 
Turata Swimwear uses PAYPAL for its online credit card transactions. 
Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Turata Swimwear or any outside party. All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate. 

Delivery Policy 
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from paypal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via either Australia Post, or Fastway couriers, within 2-3 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. Returns Policy 

Turata Swimwear will happily exchange or offer store credit as long as the items are in new condition, unaltered, free of damages and with their packaging.

The exchange is to be within 7 days of purchase.

 

A refund will only be accepted if the item is proven to be damaged in transit by the courier. In this instance you must notify us within 24 hours. We will then send you a replacement. If your item is out of stock we will offer a  store credit or refund.

 

Any Freight costs associated with an exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
